About us
Jacob and a buddy used to joke about starting a shop called JK Plumbing, with the line "not just kidding about plumbing." When Jacob and Julie sat down to name the real company, JK was already there — it's Julie's initials — so they kept it.
They added "Ranch" because it sounded like where they're from. That is the whole story of the name. JK Ranch Plumbing started in 2026.
Residential and commercial plumbing, done by a licensed master plumber working out of Lexington, TX and across Central Texas. Free estimates on any job.
Repair and replacement of standard tank water heaters. Jacob diagnoses the unit, tells you straight whether it can be fixed or needs replacing, and installs a new one if that's what makes sense.
Installation and service of tankless water heaters. Jacob sizes the unit to the home and runs it the right way so you get steady hot water without a big tank in the closet.
Drain cleaning for slow or stopped drains. Jacob clears the line and tells you what caused the stoppage so it's less likely to come back.
Sewer camera inspection to see what's actually going on inside the line. Jacob runs the camera, shows you the picture, and tells you what it means in plain terms.
Sewer line repair and replacement. Jacob finds the break or stoppage, digs to the line, and repairs or replaces it so it runs clear again.
Tunneling to replace sewer lines under slab foundations. When the line runs under the slab, Jacob tunnels under to reach it so the floor stays intact and the home isn't torn up.
